We use Formspree to deliver inquiry-form submissions to our email. Your submission passes through their systems under their own privacy policy. We otherwise do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, then deleted on request.
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email ridetheparadox@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify your identity first.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
