This site ("Paradox," "we," "us") showcases AI-generated video and still imagery. By accessing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access this site. Some content is suggestive in nature. By entering you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the content
All video and imagery on this site is synthetically generated using artificial intelligence. It does not depict real people, real events, or documentary reality. Any resemblance to an actual person, place, or event is unintentional and coincidental. See our AI Content Disclosure.
3. Ownership and license
All content, layout, code, and the Paradox name and mark are owned by Paradox or used with permission. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the content in your browser for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- download, screen-record, scrape, or otherwise copy any clip or image;
- redistribute, republish, or resell any content;
- use any content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine learning model;
- remove or obscure any watermark, credit, or attribution;
- use any content commercially, including in advertising or NFTs.
Technical measures are applied to discourage saving and redistribution of the clips. Circumventing, disabling, or working around those measures is a breach of these terms.
4. Commissions and inquiries
Contact-form submissions are inquiries only. No contract, engagement, or obligation is created until both parties sign a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, licensing, and delivery. Quoted prices and timelines are estimates until agreed in writing.
Project fees are quoted privately after reviewing your brief. The following describes the standard basis on which commissions are quoted. A quote does not itself form a contract.
- Pricing is on total finished runtime, not on the number of files delivered. A tier may be split into shorter cuts developed from a single concept, up to the total seconds purchased.
- Payment is 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. Work begins when the deposit clears. Deposits are non-refundable once production starts.
- One revision round is included. Further revisions are quoted and agreed in writing before they begin.
- Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from deposit. Delivery inside 5 business days carries a rush fee.
- Ownership of commissioned work takes one of two forms, agreed in writing before production: a full-price buyout, on which all rights in the finished deliverable transfer to the client on final payment with no restriction on media, territory, or term; or a reduced up-front fee with residual participation negotiated between the parties. Where no written agreement states otherwise, rights remain with Paradox until final payment is received in full.
- Underlying assets are not transferred. Project files, prompts, models, and working material remain the property of Paradox unless the written agreement says otherwise.
- Portfolio use of commissioned work is permitted only where the client has given consent, and may be withheld or withdrawn in writing at any time.
Where anything on the public pages of this site conflicts with a signed commission agreement, the signed agreement governs.
5. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradox and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradox and its owner from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site or breach of these terms.
8. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party platforms (including Instagram and Facebook) and uses a third-party form service to receive inquiries. We do not control and are not responsible for those services or their content.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
